The 9th Annual Touchstone Energy Cotton Festival is set for November 2 and 3, 2007 in downtown Dunn.
The event draws approximately 10,000 people each year offering family fun, entertainment and education.
We are in the beginning stages of planning this years event. We know it will be another year of family
