13th Annual Touchstone Energy NC Cotton Festival - November 5, 2011 promises to be even more exciting this year.With Downtown Renovations going on, this year's Festival will be moving to a new location. Dunn's Tart Park Recreational Park will be host to the 13th Annual Touchstone Energy NC Cotton Festival on Saturday, November 5th. The Committee is excited and working hard at making this year's Festival one of the best ever. Plans are still in the making as we move forward with preparations for one of the largest and best festivals in this area.
