The Touchstone Energy NC Cotton Festival is featuring a photography contest once again this year. Photographers are tasked with taking photos that feature cotton in the background, foreground or as the main subject. Cash prices totaling $1,000 will be given to the winners. Judges will award a first, second, third place and Best of Show will be selected on the day of the Cotton Festival, November 1st.
